Notes:

This is the second edition of this single with different non-standard Big Beat labels, pressed by MPO. The cover is printed as "The Munsters Theme", but the sides are the same with "Monday" on Side A, "The Munsters Theme" on Side B. This edition has picture labels, another second edition exists without picture labels.

The first edition has a different cover-artwork and is named "Monday/The Munsters" Theme.
